Returns and refunds
If you would like to return a product, please send an email to: zafiraworldwide@outlook.com and include your order number as well as the name used for the purchase.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to return the package using local postal or courier services.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
